The Experience
- Enjoy a learning experience in an intimate environment of a maximum of 10 participants.
- The program kicks off with a personalized Insights Discovery profile debrief, an individual assessment built to help people understand themselves, understand others, and make the most of the relationships that affect them in the workplace
- You’ll receive guidance from experienced coaches and act as peer coaches, mentors, and challengers for your fellow participants, benefiting from their collective wisdom and experiences.
- Establish your coaching priorities.
This experience can be in-person or virtual, although we highly recommend an in-person kick-off for an optimal start. As part of the experience, you will receive everything you need to make this a seamless experience that eases you from one module to the next.
